Eden extra virgin olive oil is the result of a blend of multiple olive varieties that we cultivate on our family farm. Accordingly, we produce and offer three types/blends of high-quality oils: Oblica Blend, Leccino Blend, and Istarska Bjelica Blend. These oils represent a combination of different olive varieties, with each blend dominated by the variety mentioned in its name—Oblica, Leccino, or Istarska Bjelica, depending on the type of oil.

where tradition meets quality
We always process the olives within 24 hours of harvest, and the processing is done through cold pressing. This process preserves all naturally present components and ensures the highest quality is extracted from the olive fruit. Eden extra virgin olive oil is a product certified for organic farming and organic processing based on the official Certificate issued by the control body Biotechnicon Poduzetnički Centar d.o.o. from Split.
Oil blends create a product that balances the characteristic bitterness and pungency of flavor into a harmonious whole, while maintaining a complex intensity and fullness of taste.
Polyphenols
They have strong antioxidant activity. The polyphenol composition is influenced by several factors, including the olive variety, climate region, cultivation method, fruit ripeness level, and the olive oil production process. In addition to their antioxidant activity, polyphenols also have other positive health effects, including anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties.
When tasting, they are perceived through their characteristic bitter flavor and pungency. Another positive sensory characteristic of extra virgin olive oil during tasting is its fruitiness in aroma. The greater the number of polyphenols, the greater the health benefits.
Furthermore, extra virgin olive oil is an oil that contains no more than 0.8 grams of free fatty acids, expressed as oleic acid, per 100 grams of oil. Our oils have between 0.10–0.25, which is 3–8 times less than the maximum normative measurement value.
